Countdown Bank

Last updated: 15 July 2026

No accounts, no personal data

Countdown Bank does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not collect, store, or have access to your name, email address, or any other personally identifying information.

Your data stays yours

The events you create in Countdown Bank (titles, dates, and balances) are stored on your device and, if iCloud is available, synced to your own private iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit. This data is stored in your personal iCloud storage under your own Apple ID — Countdown Bank and its developers never see, access, or store this data on any server we control.

You can disable iCloud for Countdown Bank in your device's Settings at any time. The app continues to work fully offline.

Anonymous usage analytics

Countdown Bank uses TelemetryDeck to understand anonymous, aggregate usage patterns (for example, how often the app is opened, or how many events are created). This data cannot be used to identify you personally — it contains no device identifiers, no user identifiers, and no IP addresses are stored. No App Tracking Transparency permission is required or requested, because this data is not used for tracking.

Third-party services

Countdown Bank does not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. The only external services used are:

Children's privacy

Countdown Bank does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13, because it does not collect personal information from any user.

Changes to this policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update this page. Any significant changes will be communicated through an app update.
